Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for, we generally use APC Overnight parcel couriers, and in some cases may use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
You can choose your preferred delivery method and timescale, the costs and details are clearly displayed in the checkout process.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date & time, Aircat Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Any order placed on our website confirms your acceptance of this clause.
Aircat Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
If the goods supplied by Aircat Ltd are faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange to collect the goods and then either offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate. In all cases, we MUST be informed within 7 days of the delivery date.
If you would like to return goods to Aircat Ltd, because you no longer require them, or have a change of mind, we may take them back for credit minus 20% re-stocking/handling charge. The goods must be in the original supplied condition and in the original packaging. Any goods returned which do not comply with this may be subject to a 40% re-stocking/handling charge.
PLEASE NOTE ANY ITEMS SPECIFICALLY MANUFACTURED TO YOUR INSTRUCTIONS/SPECIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, UNLESS FAULTY.
